Refund Policy

At Smartcomply Technology Solutions Limited, we are committed to providing top-quality software solutions and excellent customer service. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or experience any issues, we offer refunds in accordance with the following policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be provided under the following conditions:
- You have made a payment through Flutterwave or other payment methods as indicated in the invoice issued, and the payment has been confirmed.
- The software or service is not delivered or does not function as described.
- Technical issues that significantly impact the performance of the product or service, and that cannot be resolved within 14 business days.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Any fees paid for customization or add-on services.
- Monthly subscriptions or maintenance fees after the service has been rendered.
- Any usage-based fees that have already been incurred
Process for Requesting Refunds
- Contact Us: To initiate a refund request, contact our support team at support@smartcomply.com with details of your purchase and the reason for the request.
- Review Process: Once a request is submitted, it will be reviewed within 7 business days. We may request additional information or troubleshooting to resolve any issues.
- Approval: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used for payment, and you will receive a confirmation email. Funds should be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be offered for specific components of the service or product that failed to meet expectations.
Chargebacks
We recommend contacting our support team before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us may result in the suspension of your account with Smartcomply Technology Solutions Limited.
Payment System
All payments and refunds are processed securely through secured channels and the refund will be credited back to the same payment account used during the purchase/payment.
Modifications to the Refund Policy
Smartcomply Technology Solutions Limited reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
